What to Include When Contacting Us
- Your account email (the one you use to sign in)
- Your in-game name, if set
- Device model and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.2)
- App version (visible in Settings → About)
- A clear description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots or a short screen recording, if applicable
Frequently Asked Questions
I lost my account / can’t sign in
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen. If you no longer have access to the email you signed up with, email support with your in-game name and any purchase receipts you have.
I didn’t receive gems I paid for
Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Restart the app and check again — most missed deliveries are resolved automatically. If gems still don’t appear after 10 minutes, email support with your transaction receipt and we’ll reconcile manually.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the platform, not by us:
- iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
If the platform denies your refund and you believe the charge was in error (e.g., a minor’s unauthorised purchase, duplicate charge), email support and we’ll review case-by-case.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also email privacy@cruxcoast.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and we’ll complete the deletion within 30 days.
The game is crashing or freezing
First, try: (1) restart the app, (2) update to the latest version, (3) restart your device. If the crash persists, email support with your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
What are the gacha drop rates?
Full odds are disclosed on the Hatchery screen before every egg purchase, as required by law. We also publish a pity system that guarantees a rare or better within a set number of hatches.
I have a spending limit concern
Sigilmon enforces a weekly spending cap of AU$150 on in-app purchases. If you or someone in your household is struggling with in-game spending, you can disable purchases in Settings → Privacy, or contact Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858 in Australia) for free confidential support.
